Quietly relaunched as part of the brand’s summer collection, the new-and-improved Rambler Jug addresses the only obvious flaw with Yeti’s biggest, baddest bottle: the infamous “glug” that comes from air rushing back into the container mid-pour, especially at a steep angle.
In typical Yeti fashion, the best solution to this common gripe turned out to be a simple revision with a catchy name.
The barely visible Glugger-Not Vent Wedge facilitates a smoother, quicker, more-controlled pour by allowing air to enter the jug as liquid escapes — a boon in places like the work site where the Jug shines as a communal water cooler, so to speak.
Otherwise, it’s the same oversized Rambler fans know and love, thanks to its leakproof construction, non-slip base, easy-carry handle and magnetic top to keep track of the cap.
