Looking back on our lives, we can always ID distinct inflection points, moments where things forever change.
A big one for me (EDC-wise anyway) was that time a few years ago when I upgraded from a traditional leather wallet to a minimalist option from the wizards at Ridge. I said goodbye to bulky pockets and haven’t looked back.
However, a new Kickstarter project from the warlocks at Titaner has me wondering if it’s time for another game-changing wallet upgrade.Â
It’s called, simply, the Titanium EDC Wallet, and there’s much more to it than meets the eye.
Intelligent design
Made of tough aerospace-grade titanium measuring just 10mm thick, this wallet packs amply functionality into a slim space, in an unfussy way that is unerringly geared toward easy, even joyful, use.
Use the sculpted grooves to flip it open (a full 360 degrees) on its axis, for example, and you may notice a small ridge along the base of one inner compartment, curving up to the outer rim.Â
