The end of the July Fourth long weekend signals two things: we’re halfway back to ski season, and Amazon is hosting its annual Prime Day.

Prime Day welcomes shoppers with deals across just about every product category. While there aren’t too many skis or ski boots on sale (you can check out EVO for that), there are plenty of fun ski-adjacent products you might not even know you need. From one of SKI’s favorite accessory brand to deeply discounted electronics, here is our roundup of notable products on sale.

At a glance:

Lifestraw Solo Personal Water Filter- 25% off

Skida 5 Panel Cap- 20% off

Bose Soundlink Flex – 33% off

Bobo’s Oat Bars – 30% off

Kiehl’s Better Screen UV Serum – 30% off

Lifestraw Solo Personal Water Filter

Buy Now: $22.72 Normally $30

In addition to avy gear, food, and water, carrying a portable filtration device is a necessary component of every backcountry pack. This filter from LifeStraw allows skiers to drink melted snow or water sourced from anywhere else. While you can never be 100 percent certain your water is pure, this filter is the best shot you have: The filter protects against 99.999999 percent of bacteria and parasites. The filter fits on most standard water bottle caps and can filter up to 2,000 liters of water. Keep in mind that the sale price only applies to one color.

Skida 5 Panel Cap

Buy Now: $38.40 Normally $48

If there is one brand SKI editors recommend, it’s Skida. We love a female-founded business, and we love it even more on sale! The 5 panel cap is a favorite for backcountry skiers who layer fabric under their helmets to protect against sun damage, but even if you’re not a backcountry skier, the hat is perfect for you. Wear it running, hiking, to pickleball, or wherever else! With seven whimsical prints, there’s an option for everyone and every ski kit.

Bose Soundlink Flex

Buy Now: $99 Normally $149

A great deal on a great speaker! Amazon has plenty of other speaker options on sale, varying in price and size, but the best bang for your buck is this Bose (trust us, we’ve combed through the deals). The speaker is water and dust-resistant, so you can safely place it in a snowbank without worry. With a 12-hour battery life, it’s a perfect trekking partner—just don’t blame us if you get complaints for your song choice.

Bobo’s Oat Bars

Variety Pack: $22.94 Normally $32.77

While there is no limit to the snacks you can pack in your pockets (oysters, pocket bacon—we’ve seen it all), you cannot go wrong with an oat bar. Bobo’s oat bars are gluten-free, made with natural ingredients, and easy to please. Currently, all products are 30% off, which I can guarantee is less than any supermarket. Bars come individually wrapped and make excellent weapons against “hanger.”

Kiehl’s Better Screen UV Serum

Buy Now: $31.50 Normally $35

The better screen from Kiehl’s is an editor favorite for a reason: It’s lightweight, doesn’t clog pores, and protects against harmful sun rays. SPF 50 helps keep skin safe while collagen and peptides help reduce signs of skin damage. This is a sunscreen for year-round use; it’s a must-have for sunny winter days and won’t make you sweat during the summer. This is the lowest price year to date for the serum, so now is the time to stock up.
